Life Development Coaching

You are a person with great ideas.
Wonderful dreams for yourself.

And you know that you could achieve them, IF ...

If you just had "something"

BUT

you can't put your finger on what that something is!

People have told you that you have great potential, and you know it's true. But it's just not happening for you yet. There is a piece to your puzzle that is missing. And you don't know for sure what it is.

You sometimes ask yourself:

Is it a lack of motivation?

Then quickly answer yourself: No, you get the job done in lots of areas in your life.

Is it a lack of commitment?

Well, maybe in some areas, but you are committed to plenty of things that have worked out well.

Am I just lazy?

No way! - you have no problem working at something if it makes sense to you and you enjoy it.

Is it because something is wrong with me? I have experienced some very difficult things in my life.

Absolutely not! Nothing is wrong with you - in fact, those trials you've experienced have added to your personal strength, survival skills, and wisdom. But the scars from them may be interfering with your ability to move forward.

Then what is the problem?
Why haven't your dreams come true yet?
Why aren't your great ideas happening?

You are right - there is something missing ...

Great ideas don't just become reality without some very specific things happening.
  1. They require a PLAN - specific steps of action that happen in a specific order.
  2. The best ideas become reality when more that one person joins together to make a TEAM. A team can share the work load, divy up the responsibilities for the plan, make decisions together, and encourage one another throughout the process. You need a teammate that can both guide you when you need it and encourage you when you are leading.
  3. You need a COACH - a guide to help you make decisions, set goals, plan out your course of action, and cheer you on as you work towards those goals - someone with experience and training in specific problem areas of life who will guide, mentor, encourage, and challenge you to do whatever you can to realize your dreams. And don't worry if you're not even sure what your dreams are yet - your LIFE COACH can help you clarify what those dreams might be - help you visualize them completely.

A LIFE COACH with LifeLongYou can offer you this guide,
teammate, mentor, and encourager
so that you can make your dreams become a reality.
Don't waste any more of the precious time
that you've been given;
you should be living your dreams right now!

Often, clients have experienced past traumas such as divorce, physical, sexual, and/or verbal abuse, domestic violence, death of a close loved one, etc. Even if a client has begun recovery from these wounds, they leave obstacles to growth that can prevent forward movement.

Difficulties making decisions, trusting others, managing emotions such as anger and grief, managing time, communicating with others, accurately judging ones' strengths and weaknesses, setting boundaries with others, parenting dilemmas, getting along with others at work, and having a realistic self-concept are a few of these "leftover" issues that can get in the way of personal progress. LifeLongYou life coaching can help a client bust through those roadblocks so that he or she can move forward to live out those dreams.
